When considering who to feature in Employee Spotlight this time, I decided to go do what is always a good idea...go back to basics and what is really at the heart of the operation.

So that made it easy. No one is more the heart of this operation than our General Manager, Reagan Russell. Reagan has been with us since 1995, which means she's worked at Salas' for 14 years, and that she started here when she was...ten years old!

In case you don't know her, she is the pretty blonde lady who keeps things going in the front of the restaurant. When Reagan first started, she was hired as a hostess, but she's far too bossy to have stayed a hostess for long. Within weeks she was running the show, and has done a great job ever since.

In the last 14 years, Reagan has gotten married, bought a house, and had two beautiful baby girls. Her family has grown, but she has always been a part of ours. We love her dearly!

She is one of the people you should go to if you ever have a comment, suggestion, or (Heaven forbid!) a complaint. She'll gladly take care of whatever needs taking care of.
