It has been a year since our last update here, and as usual, things have really changed.

As far as the management team is concerned, I am currently very pleased with who we have running things at Salas', and I know you will be, too. If you've eaten with us before, you probably know two out of my three managers pretty well, already.

Reagan is our General Manager. She's been with us over 14 years and can take care of anything you could possibly need. If she doesn't know how to help you, she'll figure it out. Check out "Employee Spotlight" for more on Reagan.

Our Assistant Manager is Charlene Waters. She's been with us about 6 months and has done very well. As you might imagine, there is an awful lot to learn in management at Salas', and Charlene has really put her heart in it and gets stronger every day. We are so happy that she's part of the team!

A familiar face you all might recognize is Shaleah Ramirez, who is our Relief Manager. Shaleah has been with us ever since she was old enough to work, about 6 years now. She knows how things are supposed to run at Salas', and although she doubles as a server some of the time, she's happy to help any way she can.

I love being able to say the words "great attitude" when describing all my managers! Some times are better than others, and this is one of those really good times.

So that's our management team. We're gearing up for our busy holiday season, and you may also see these girls at some of our catered parties, too.
